Introducing 'The Hygienalyzer Test for Monitoring Hand Hygiene Compliance'

We have combined 33 years of experience in skin research and food safety auditing, including hand hygiene practices, to create an innovative means of monitoring proper hand washing and sanitizing - according to the Center of Disease Control's Guidelines. The patented (pending) Hygienalyzer Test is used to verify and monitor proper hand washing and sanitizing practices by workers in the food service and health care fields. There are several ways an interested party can gain access to the Method:
1) Our Food Safety Audit (in Las Vegas only) includes the use of the method to monitor the frequency of hand hygiene practices,
2) A license for use of the Method can be purchased through a License Agreement. When available, the cost of the license will be discounted if hand hygiene products, skin surface pH equipment/ supplies, educational information or monitoring services are purchased from CanBeFit HealthCare Consultants, LLC.
3) Franchises are available for use of the Method, with or without a food safety assessment program.

Auditing hand hygiene is the most difficult part of a food safety assessment. The patented (pending ) Hygienalyzer is quick and easy to use. The auditor simply takes a 10 -15 second pH reading on the front wrist junction of either hand. If the SSpH is equal to, or above 6 - proper hand washing has taken place. A 'Satisfactory' is given. If the pH is less than 6, a 'Major Violation' is given since the hands were not washed properly. If a 'Major Violation' is found, a pH reading is taken on the back of either hand. If the pH is less than 6, a 'Critical Violation' is given, since this indicates that the worker did not wash their hands-at all.
