a licensing fee per Unit is charged for using The Skin Surface pH Method. 4) For a fee and royalties ,franchisees are
granted a license to audit food and health care establishments in a specified geographical region; 5)
Individual licenses include some or all of the claims covered in the Patent. A license that includes all of the claims of
the Patent has a higher cost than a license that includes some of the claims. 6) A long term committment to exclusively
purchase of CanBeFit HealthCare's competitively priced hand soaps, proprietary hand sanitizers and supplies
associated with performing skin surface pH testing will result in discounts or the wavering of licensing fees. Essentially,
a license is free, if a Unit purchases all needed supplies from CanBeFit HealthCare Consultants, LLC.
